We feel there a few key facts about our service that you should be aware of:

• We take a tremendous amount of care and effort to deliver you with the best photos possible. From the moment that we click the shutter, to the delivery of orders to our customer’s door, our quality & service is second-to-none.
   
• We rely almost exclusively upon the support of the participants in each event and are not otherwise paid to cover races. We do not make a dime until a photograph is purchased from our website. Without the support of the athletes, we could not continue to provide you with this service. 
   
• We strive to get at least one good action shot of each and every participant at every event we cover. We set our standards and goals for each race extremely high. We care about every single athlete who participates and consider each individual an inspiration and a winner. It is very important to understand that no matter how hard we try, it is simply not possible to get a good photo of every single participant. We sincerely apologize in advance if we were not able to get a photo of you during any race that we cover. Rest assured that we will continue to do our very best.
   
• Our workflow is meticulous. We have a great amount of pride in our work and we also have a great amount of respect and admiration for the people that we photograph. We do not churn out photos like a fast food restaurant shovels out burgers. We go through each photo individually and further enhance them for the best visual impact and prints possible.
